Mercury Holidays is reporting that just five months after the launch of its first ever dedicated travel agent support website it now has over 5,000 visitors to the site every month.
Agent feedback has shown that the most popular section of the new site is the window poster tool, which enables agents to create their own tailored window posters and PDF flyers. Agents can choose holiday deals – selected based on star rating, departure airport and destination amongst many other categories – and personalise them with their phone number and travel agency logo ready to print or email to their clients.
The Mercury Holidays Agency Sales Team also regularly update the dedicated agent site with the latest product news, promotions, monthly incentives and information on fam trips and educational’s. Agents can also find information on their local Mercury Holidays Field Sales Agents and arrange appointments with them for face to face training.
To support the launch of the new travel agent website, Mercury Holidays is currently developing a travel agent training website to help agents learn more about the brand and its products, due to launch in the next few months.
